For 30 years
John and Laurie Fairman have traveled to Asia three to four times
annually searching for exceptional merchandise. Few people understand
that part of the world as John does, having come from three generations
of family living and working in Asia.
John and Laurie’s travels
take them to Japan, China, The Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia and India
where they hand select each and every piece shown at Glenn Richards and
Honeychurch Antiques. Merchandise includes: Japanese and Chinese chests
of the highest quality both new and old; architectural elements from all over
Asia; Chinese art deco furniture from Shanghai; old recycled woods from the
Philippines, environmentally friendly carpets from Nepal; superior quality
painted screens, baskets, ceramics and textiles.
Our contemporary design department
can design and incorporate old window grills and beautiful hardwoods into
stunning new creations or design something unique from the ground up.
With our fully outfitted wood shop and metal shop there is very little we
cannot do!
